Why Use Hybrid Cars

Why Use Hybrid Cars

Exclusive summary about Why Use Hybrid Cars By Naomi West

Many manufacturers are designing their cars around this one feature to make them more appealing for people. One of the most common car that people feel can save them the most money are hybrids. These cars combine the use of two different types of engines in order to produce low measures of pollution.

When the car is idling or when it is traveling at low speeds it will switch to battery power. When stopping the car it uses the electric motor and what is commonly known as regenerative braking. In the standard car they used friction to stop the car - but in a hybrid car kinetic energy will charge up the battery and use the energy to stop it. When the car is idling it will automatically shut off and save fuel.

A Hybrid Decision

Exclusive summary about Why Use Hybrid Cars By Colin Langner

Toyota is a well-known brand of car built for durability, reliability, and safety of the driver and passengers. They have expanded their lines of midsized cars to include two that are hybrids. Hybrids are known for having electric engines used for extended distance without using gasoline.

Both the Prius and the Camry are hybrid cars and have an electric motor and are classified as midsize cars. Hybrids make their best fuel economy in the city since the repetitive braking regenerates the cars battery. The Camry Hybrid, which no one can tell has a hybrid motor, looks like the normal Camry and not as aerodynamic because of the body.

Another difference between the Prius and Lexus Hybrid is braking distance. As illustrated, the Toyota hybrid Prius and Camry are both built for durability, reliability, and safety.

Hybrid Cars

Exclusive summary about Hybrid Cars by Jonathan R Richards

We have hybrid dogs, hybrid flowers of all kinds and now we have hybrid cars. Oops! No big deal; I will just drive down to the grocery store again. The relatively new hybrid vehicle uses both a petroleum based fuel and a battery powered electrical system to improve the car's mileage significantly.

For example, one gallon of gas in a hybrid car will enable you to travel twice as far as if you were driving an ordinary car. Hybrid cars are much more environmental friendly. Routine maintenance is about the same for both models of cars.

What Are Hybrid Cars?

Exclusive summary about Hybrid Cars by Dr Kaustav Kumar Gogoi

Lately there has been emphasis on carbon fuel alternatives. Reducing the carbon pollution from the diesel and gasoline/petrol vehicles on the road can keep a check on global warming. As electrical energy, has no carbon emissions, it is very environment and health friendly. There are other benefits like:

1.reduced cost of fuel
2.
reduced maintenance cost.
3.not affected by rising fuel prices.

4.minimizing environmental pollution.

Earlier experimental cars, like the solar car, had the disadvantage of having reduced power. From initial trials with solar cars or electrical cars, the hybrid vehicle has emerged. It has superior power and endurance, then the solar or solely electrical powered vehicle. Hybrid cars should contribute greatly in the future in reducing the carbon footprints of current day automobiles.

Hybrid Car Converter

Hybrid Car Converter

Exclusive summary about Hybrid Car Converter By Eduardo Zambrano

You don't need to spend thousands and thousands of dollars to buy a hybrid. Instead, you can convert your current car into a hybrid.

If we separate the water molecules into 2 parts of hydrogen and 1 part of oxygen through the process of electrolysis, a new gas is produced. This gas is referred to as Browns gas or HHO gas (Oxyhydrogen) and is a fuel much more potent and safer than gasoline.

Only small modifications to your car's engine are needed to make a car run on Browns gas. It doesn't make any difference whether you have a car, a truck or SUV, the Brown's gas technology works for all types of vehicles. Burning water for fuel is not only great for gas mileage, but it helps save the planet and pays you too, it's a win-win for you and your environment.

How to Convert Car to Hybrid - Learn How to Convert Car to Hybrid

Many people today are converting their cars to run on alternative fuel , instead of buying a new hybrid car. Burning water for fuel is not only great for gas mileage, but it helps save the planet and pays you too, it's a win-win for you and your environment.

By using an effective Hybrid Car Conversion Kit, you can modify your engine to burn HHO. HHO gas is extracted from water through the process of electrolysis. Using electricity from the car's battery, we separate the water molecules into hydrogen and oxygen ( HHO or Browns gas) and introduce it into the intake manifold. Very little water is needed, only one quart of water (tap water) provides over 1800 gallons of HHO gas which can literally last for months and significantly increase gas mileage and improve emissions quality.

A week battery may not adequately convert the water to gas.

Volkswagen L1 Hybrid Concept Car

Volkswagen L1 Hybrid Concept Car

Exclusive summary about Volkswagen L1 Hybrid Concept Car By Dylan T Kingberry

Gone are the days of our automobiles running 5-6 kilometers per liter of fuel, Volkswagen is preparing to unveil the much hyped Volkswagen L1. The key feature behind the Volkswagen L1's low energy consumption converting to the increase in mileage is the Volkswagen L1's extremely aerodynamic and lightweight construction, shaped like a bullet (hence bullet car), with a slightly different seating arrangement placing two occupants in a row enabling the extremely low profile design.

Both technically and visually, the CFRP body is already considered a significant achievement in car design. While the length of the L1 at 3,813 millimeters is still similar to that of a Volkswagen Fox, and its height of 1,143 millimeters nearly matches that of a Lamborghini MurciƩlago, the car's aerodynamically optimized width (1,200 millimeters) has no comparisons in the world of today's production cars.

In total, the Volkswagen brand is represented by seven world premieres at the 2009 International Motor Show in Frankfurt.
